Q: I need to decide between the greater Savannah area (Richmond Hill, Wilmington, or Tybee Island) or a north Atlanta suburb (Marietta, Sandy Springs, or Buckhead). I would love something beach/water front with a pool, considering a condo or detached home. Going to have to make the move by November/December. How can I find a good realtor and solid advice as to where to go?

A: Please seek out a local Realtor where you are currently living and ask them to recommend an agent in the area you are moving. As Realtors, we regularly refer back and forth across the Country.
